What's all this white stuff?

So I brought our little girl this week out to the remote field station where I work in Northwestern Ontario. Winter came a little early and it snowed for 2 days while we were there. She was so excited to play in the white stuff! She also met a lake for the first time, but didn't go for a swim in the 5oC waters...don't blame her!
